Tonight’s call was about taking action.
The question was..what are you doing to
further the TVP.
It was what I did not say that brings me here. I touched briefly upon the subject of money or the lack of. In my growth, I realized that because money or the lack was such a part of my thinking, I was sabotaging my own future. So I took the bull by the horns.
All the opportunities aka obstacles,now work for me. For example, I needed to have a realtors certification or go through realtors school, just to sell my own
property, and yet I did NOT need the RE school to manage my own property, so my company is my management firm for my property. One down many more to come.Because my mother died before the 16th of April(she died one hour and some
before the 16th on the 15th)the state demanded all her taxes for the year. Here’s the kicker, when she died she had PAID her taxes for the year, She was also on senior reduced taxes. Oh by the way, they kept what she had already paid and came for the rest from me.
They then adjusted the taxes to fit my age(?) group.
I was so taken aback, I sat in the middle of the floor and cried. It seemed no matter which way I turned, I was being stuck with another regulation
or obscure rule. So I incorporated my property,which kept my joint estate with my husband safe. I’m (my home) is now a registered entity, giving me freedom to sell my home without the state looking over my shoulder while protecting other assets.
I am active on the calls and my clubhouse is to be Renaissance.which means rebirth,or renewal. I will be free of ALL debt with the closing of this private sale. I remarked to the purchaser of my home, that he was doing what I wanted to do, rehab homes and then sell them privately. Long story short, he is now my mentor in understanding how this
state’s RE laws work, and has shown me by hands on how to navigate the murky waters. We are now partners, with me encouraging him to look at what the TVP has to offer. What this partnership will do is, put me in front of others, working the same way..networking with very rich people who have the means to help me get where I want to go. You know the line, listen to those who have what you want and have been where you are.
On Friday, I called into the mentor call
along with another..Darlene.
again, long story short, we’ll be working to get my writings to the public
through her network, and I’ve been encouraged to write for the Patterson Press. I will be submitting my article
for consdieration this coming week
I read for the triogy, playing the role of Dr. Sally, and my integrations will be forthcoming next week. With the completion of these baby steps, I will be in a position to expand, my involvement within the society as well as my company, as what I offer is replicatable. On the business alliance, call, I will be giving my 30 second promo. In November I will be giving my
first presentation to the society as a whole. I presented @ the So King County meeting last year, and now look forward to my own clubhouse in Pierce county.
For me, to SHOW success in all areas of my life is the best testimony as to the wisdom of Neothink, the Society and the TVP. I for one would find it difficult to believe in or join one who is full of “complaints” followed by a heaping helping of “I can’t”
